ABSTRACT

Jessica is an architect who has recently become very interested in the field of chemistry. After reading several books on the subject she started seeing many similarities between the logic of assembling a building and that of molecules that form bonds among themselves. She has come to understand that the forces that govern the very small world of chemistry have analogies in the very large world of architecture. At the heart of both worlds is a fundamental reliance on the geometry of components to enable stable structures to be formed.
