Your written hazard communication program must include: (1) a list of hazardous materials by plant area; (2) the material safety data sheets, and descriptions of how they are prepared and how they are made available to employees; (3) a description of how labels and other forms of warning are prepared and used; and (4) a description of the training and information procedures used for employees and others.
