ABSTRACT
Mining activities in the Czech part of the Upper Silesian Coal Basin are attended with dynamic phenomena. This phenomena in the Karvina area have been systematically observed since 1988 with the regional seismological network and the time, location, magnitude and energy of each registrated event have been reported. Undependent on the seismological observation the data concerning the intensity of mining have been collected. The influence of mining conditions have been analyzed.
