ABSTRACT
The paper is devoted to the mathematical modelling of rock disintegration using high pressure water jet. The problem analysis and one possible method for its solution are presented. Besides an important problem in abrasive jet disintegration is studied, namely behaviour of an abrasive particle during the jet generation. An example of the solution obtained using ANSYS program is presented.
