Key Facts Spanish hospitals and other health care bodies grouped together collectively under the name SNS and purchased supplies from FENIN, a Spanish association made up of most of the firms marketing medical goods and equipment. SNS delayed payment for supplies and FENIN complained that this amounted to an abuse of a dominant position under Art 82 (now Art 102 TFEU) although the claim was rejected.
