ABSTRACT
I believe that the nature and distribution of life on our planet depends just as much on the value of Δ/γ as on the magnitude of the Solar Constant and other prestigious parameters of geophysics. The study of natural evaporation is indeed one of the most necessary ingredients of a real and Philosophical Meteorology.
