ABSTRACT
The general dispersion relation (1.4) with the permittivity tensor (1.64) is extremely complicated. Therefore, we are forced to study only various limiting cases of perturbations described by some simplified variations of (1.4). Deriving such simplified dispersion relations is the goal of the present chapter.
