ABSTRACT

One of the advantages of writing your own book is that it provides a forum for ideas and concepts that might not otherwise make the light of day. To be sure, there are those who may consider some of these ideas somewhat radical, but I would prefer to think of them as cutting edge; I would remind you that the human population once scoffed heartily at the idea that man could fly, that he could talk through a thin wire, and that pictures and images could be projected through the air only to reappear again on a screen in someone’s home hundreds or thousands of miles away. Therefore, with no apologies to anyone, I offer you the following.
