ABSTRACT
It has been emphasized above that a research project as a cycle of scientific activity includes three basic phases, notably, design phase, technological phase, and reflexive phase. Accordingly, we will consider cognition process in this logical structure, viz., research design, research implementation (including results summing-up), assessment and self-assessment (reflexion) of the results.
