Upon completing this book you should have all the skills to be able to design effective and enjoyable workouts for your clients.

When you start taking sessions, it may be that you design a sheet to record all your client’s information. This should be kept in your client’s personal file along with any contracts, medical questionnaires and consultation forms. These documents should be available to you every time you have a session and should always be kept upto-date. They will act as a record of what you have done with your client should your professionalism ever be called into question. For example, it is essential you have a record of the preparation you have done for more advanced exercises in case the clients were ever to injure themselves.
