ABSTRACT
The key to success begins with understanding yourself and your needs. Adults with ADD have a variety of needs. A work envi-
ronment in which most of these needs are met can be described as "ADD friendly." Knowing your own needs is critical to your finding or creating an ADD-friendly environment.
