ABSTRACT
On pages 3 through 12 in Enhancing Self Esteem, several different aspects of self are discussed. As discussed in Enhancing Self Esteem, knowledge of self-estimates is very important for everyone who is trying to improve self-esteem. The more knowledgeable one is about various self-estimates, the larger the OPEN area of the Johari Window. (The leader should review pages 3 through 7 in the book.)
