ABSTRACT

One suspects that the nice fairy tale of David and Goliath is less plausible than the story of the iron pot that defeats the earthenware pot. It is none the less true that the Goliath of centralized television( 1 ) is in need of fresh contributions, even of a guerrilla kind. In the long run, even for the real professionals, there arises the question of active public participation, of finding new forces in the production of programmes. But what can non-professionals be allowed to do? What would be acceptable from them?
