ABSTRACT

Pure disorders of asymmetry are rarely found in clinical practice. They are most commonly found in stroke patients (Bogen, 1993), but even in these patients it may not be recognised because of the predominance of symptoms such as aphasia which appear concurrently. Nevertheless, the theoretical importance of this area outweighs practical considerations of this sort.
