ABSTRACT
All schools, regardless of their status are now actively encouraged to review their utility costs as a result of LMS. Many large schools have benefited from privatization of the utility industries. As a result of competition, many have been able to reduce some of their utility costs substantially by either arranging for their supply to be through by a new provider or by negotiating more favourable costs and terms from a host company.
