ABSTRACT
The topic of this book has led me to think of my own family experience. My father spent his working life in a huge bureaucratic organization. Somewhat of a free spirit, he became dissatisfied with the organization after many years there. Because of their excellent retirement plan, he was able to retire in 1970 at age 55.
