ABSTRACT: Crime is prevalent in all countries in the world. In this paper, we establish the model of fuzzy inversion neural network on the base of fuzzy clustering neural network. We use the unsupervised of fuzzy competitive learning algorithm, combine the self-organization, adaptive learning ability of self-organizing competition network to optimize the fuzzy neural network crime risk analysis and get the crime Ming number set. We improve the limitations of traditional methods of analysis to the crime dark number. This study for the establishment of a harmonious society and maintain society stability have a great significance.
