ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: In order to solve the problem of processing and integrating scattered information in risk analysis, this paper develops multiple Internet of intelligences. In our framework, each agent provides individual scattered information in respond to the demand, and then the scattered information is cross-validating extracted by other agents according to the matching degree with the demand, thus forming a standard individual effective information set. All these effective information sets composed a reliable sample basis for risk analysis, and combining with effective mathematical model to achieve intelligence. Furthermore, we take a case of risk decision analysis whether to invest aquaculture in coastal area which is frequently influenced by typhoon disaster as an example to validate the model. The results show that the suggested Internet of intelligences has distinct advantage in extracting effective information from scattered sample.
