ABSTRACT

ABSTRACT: The paper, using in-depth interviews and field investigation methods, sets out the integrated natural disaster risk management model of Mt. Huangshan. It mainly consists of six stages: risk identification, risk analysis, risk assessment, risk field response, risk rehabilitation management and risk reevaluation. The framework emphasizes the disaster preparation work, including the critical damage mitigation planning, disaster prevention, emergency reserve resources and such disaster prevention content. It is considered as the basis for implementing countermeasures towards disaster mitigation and emergency management in Mt. Huangshan.
