ABSTRACT

The Telephone Chart is "a cornerstone of the first interview with the family" (Di Blasio et al . , 1986) because the information one gathers during a telephone interview is the basis used to formulate the initial hypothesis. A bureaucratic chart is perfectly useless because it doesn't provide a therapist with relational information.
