ABSTRACT
Our health care system is in the state of crisis. Double-digit inflation, combined with many millions of Americans with no access to health insurance, are symptoms of a system in a state of collapse. Perhaps the most egregious example of our ailing health care system is the lack of opportunity for treatment for children and adolescents with mental and substance abuse disorders.
