ABSTRACT
There are occasions when more detail is necessary regarding particular aspects of rotation, detail that was not presented in the last chapter. For example, Chapter 9 assumed computer programs were available and did not provide detail on the algebra by which rotation is calculated. Further details may be needed if simple structure rotation in the traditional sense is judged inappropriate. Further detail also may be needed for procedures currently in development.
