ABSTRACT
Up to this point we have concentrated on the nature of the group process and the integral components that interact to create that process—namely the leader and the members. However, groups have many different facets which come into play in the context of translating group process into practice. The purpose of the next three chapters is to focus on the technical dimensions of group work as a means of providing hands on tools for implementing group programs.
