ABSTRACT
Evidence of the study and analysis of leading as a subject area has been with us for as long as humans have been able to write. Whether the analysts are ancient or contemporary, one thing remains consistent—leading is as complex and illusive a subject as anyone might pursue. The problem is that the most coveted wish for many would-be leaders is to understand simply and fully what to expect when attempting to lead.
