ABSTRACT
O ut of the more than 10 million animal species that exist, and out of the 4000 mammals that exist, only two species have been documented to form intense coordinated coalitions that raid neighboring territories for the purpose of killing conspecifics. These two species are chimpanzees and humans (Wrangham &Peterson, 1996).
