ABSTRACT

All students of drugs accept the fact that marijuana (or the other, more powerful "psychedelics") influences the mind and nearly all hold that this transformation may be profound. There is, in other words, a kind of marijuana "vision." But what it consists of, and whether it is a "true" or "valid" vision, or whether it is a distortion of reality, is very much in debate. If we were to simplify all positions on this issue to three, they would include:
