This appendix contains the output series for the 15 commodities from 1912 to 1949. Output data actually compiled from various sources are presented in Table A-l, and those estimated are tabulated in Table A-2. Both tables are accompanied by detailed explanatory notes and source references. Full citations are given in the References.
