ABSTRACT
Majid Tehranian is the director of the Toda Institute for Global Peace and Policy Research. This is the text of a lecture given on March 24, 2005, to the Soka Gakkai International in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It summarizes the author’s forthcoming book of the same title.
