ABSTRACT
I’d say the U.N. should be held in contempt for allowing this to go on for so long under the former regime. It’s as bad here as it was in Rwanda or Uganda. I’d say that if the U.N. expects to have any teeth, they have to come up with a better game plan that doesn’t require us to go in and clear crap out….
