The new insights regarding the arts and events throughout the book will be discussed against a background of understanding and safeguarding cultural diversity, encouraging links to cultural identity or heritage; offering enjoyable recreational, leisure and touristic experiences; and attention to creating opportunities for professional, personal and economic growth.
