ABSTRACT
Now that we have presented the elements we believe are essential to an effective new dialogical planning approach, we should pause to address some anticipated critiques and questions. These come from two sources. The first three sections respond to published critiques of “communicative planning” that are relevant because it seems they would also apply to our position. The last two sections respond to questions that we are frequently asked when we present our position in various forums.
