ABSTRACT
The creative ecology is part of the evolution of open societies. It is marked by the recognition that everyone has their own creative characteristics and that these characteristics need freedom and markets if they are to be expressed, shared and acted upon. The result is an increase in adaptive learning systems and a higher rate of social development.
