ABSTRACT
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein this Policy does not cover loss damage liability or expense directly or indirectly occasioned by, happening through or in consequence o f war, invasion, acts o f foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power o f confiscation or nationalisation or requisition or destruction o f or damage to property by or under the order o f any government or public or local authority.
