ABSTRACT
Several times since Arnie and Nancy were elected, I’ve returned to the Academy for periodic updates. One of the first changes I noticed was the large computer-printout banner above the office that reads: “THE ACADEMY: WHERE THE INMATES RUN THE ASYLUM.”
