ABSTRACT
The normal Gaussian bell-shaped curve is symmetrical, unimodal, and mesokurtic. Here, the curve is matched up with an array of popular standard scores (Figure 13.1).
The so-called bimodal curve is characterized by two peaks (Figure 13.2). When a frequency polygon sports three or more peaks, it is known as multimodal.
