ABSTRACT
Most of this book is about face-to-face encounters between teachers and learners. The question is often asked, ‘How far does the guidance on teaching with emotional intelligence apply with learning that is wholly online or with blended learning, which mixes online and face-to-face? Can the activities in the book be used or adapted or are different strategies needed?’
