ABSTRACT
Historically, Lithuanian criminal law did not recognize corporate criminal liability. This was perhaps not too surprising as the laws of Lithuania were influenced by Soviet criminal law. However, even after restoration of its independence, Lithuania was slow to accept the concept of corporate culpa.
