ABSTRACT
Integration is a multifaceted concept, as I shall attempt to demonstrate in this chapter. Integration with related programming based in or directed at the workplace is clearly a critical issue at this point in history for EAPs and for those engaged in the delivery of EA services. I have been asked to offer a commentary on these matters, using the excellent set of articles in this collection as the context.
