This is a great game to use at the start of a writing lesson. In many ways it is essential! It is good for loosening up inhibitions as well as creating a flow in the children's thinking and composition. It is a liberator of creative intelligence. Sometimes what they write in a minute is better than what emerges from 20 minutes of laboured writing!
