ABSTRACT
Many of us think of condoms in terms of personal use. We may think about condoms as
preventing disease and pregnancy, especially in the age of AIDS and high rates of teenage
pregnancy. We may also think of condoms in terms of how they will affect our sexual experi-
ence. Will using condoms reduce pleasure? Will condoms interfere with the romance of sex?
