ABSTRACT
Often safety issues are thought about by default after the accident has occurred. I ’ve never known a participant ask to see an insurance policy but if a leg gets broken, they might. It’s the facilitator’s responsibility to ensure that a policy is in place which indemnifies against personal injury or damage to the building.
