ABSTRACT
This case is appropriate for both graduate and undergraduate students in programs that include business administration, environmental management, tourism management, adventure sport programs, recreation studies, and political science. The objectives of the case include helping students understand the current problems associated with land use for recreation. In particular, the environmental constraints on development in sensitive areas are at issue.
