ABSTRACT
The final chapter of this book is an attempt to pull together the varied strands of project management which have been portrayed and integrate them as a whole. Project management is often portrayed as a set of tools and it is important to see that different actions need to be related in the whole process of delivering a successful project to a client. There is a need to develop an integrated team, because there are so many fragmentary processes in the construction industry.
