ABSTRACT
With a little thought we can appreciate that an ‘outlook’ means the way we look out at the world; the viewpoint we choose (or otherwise) to take. Other sections in the book have already touched on this topic, but it’s worth developing it further since the idea is central to the effective use of creative coaching skills and will aid in the development of EI.
