ABSTRACT
For the last 20 years I have carefully hidden my big project under a screen of apparently disparate types of studies…. Even though I have always held positions in sociology, and have sometimes been accepted as an honorary anthropologist, and feel much loyalty to the little field of science and technology studies, and have also dabbled in social theory, I have never left the quest for philosophy.
