ABSTRACT

With these closing thoughts, I would like to restate that our visit to “Borderville” is in no way meant to be derogatory. In fact, I am delighted to welcome borderlines as they return from Borderville to a world that loves, embraces, and appreciates them for their creative talents and the unique gifts they oer. For example, many borderlines have made major contributions to society, especially in the entertainment industry and in such elds as science, literature, architecture, fashion, design, and the arts-including dance, music, and painting. Many borderlines are extremely talented, creative, and artistic. One might surmise that this is in part because of their lack of conformity, which may work in the service of their creative endeavors.
