ABSTRACT
As an alternative method to applying fungicides as drenches, it has been suggested (Baldwin 1989a) that mechanical soil injection equipment, designed primarily for relieving compaction through an underground release of compressed air, may also be used for applying fungicides to M. oreades fairy rings.
