ABSTRACT
Having described the process for determining whether outsourcing is a feasible option, this guide progresses on the assumption that a business improvement evaluation exercise has been carried out and that it has concluded that the records management facility should be outsourced as part of the overall business improvement plan, and steers the reader through the processes to be followed to that end.
