ABSTRACT
A clear defi nition of the purpose or objective of the self-testing program is vitally important to its success. A well defi ned objective includes guidelines concerning how the information will be used and the standard by which the information will be judged. An evaluation of diff erent data collection methods is critical as well as the proper number of tests or surveys, tester profi le and respondent defi nition, and questionnaire content.
