Too young to have a voice? Exploring how to include young children in a school council

We worked together to help a primary school explore whether it was possible for the youngest children in the school to contribute meaningfully to the school council. The inquiry took place during the autumn term of 2006, and we tried out research methods designed to be used with young children, and developed our own approach to the challenge.
